Refund Policy

If for any reason you are unhappy with the JKloud and its components we are here to help. You are welcome to return the product within 45 days per the policy below. 

If there is any way we can make the product better or more usable for your needs we are listening. Customer feedback is important to us. Please email PatrickG213@jkloud.us with any questions, comments, or concerns. 

Returns


Our return policy lasts 45 days. If 45 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer a refund but we are happy to help solve the issue at hand.

To be eligible for a return, your item must not be damaged or broken due to negligence. It must also be in the original packaging or any comparable packaging that will protect the product(s) during shipping.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds (if applicable)


Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 3 business days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)


If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again then contact your banking institution, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. Return Shipping


You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your product but we will send you the shipping label at the lowest cost possible if you prefer. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary. We do our best to ship within a day but may take up to three.
